A small leadership team that started in a Bali guest house and has been building software together ever since.
Native Productions started with two people and a small guest house in Bali. Dwiyan and Ryan were working together at a blockchain company at the time, building a lot of things side by side and learning how to ship as a small team.
When that blockchain company went under, the two went separate ways for a while, Dwiyan to Japan and Ryan to Singapore, picking up experience across different markets and ways of working.
They came back to Bali to start Native Productions together, this time on their own terms. Resa, a blockchain and technology expert, leads engineering as CTO, and Amril brings over two decades of AI research into the studio’s operations and R&D.
What began as a guest-house experiment is now a remote studio that designs and builds software for teams around the world, still run by the same people who started it.
